Code of Conduct

Preferred Partner Code of Conduct Building Trusted Business Relationships

The BizCorp Preferred Partner Program connects Lancaster Chamber members with businesses committed to providing valuable products, services, and resources to our local business community.

Participation as a Preferred Partner reflects a commitment to professionalism, integrity, and responsible business practices. All Preferred Partners are expected to uphold the following standards throughout their participation in the program.

Our Expectations for Preferred Partners

Preferred Partners are expected to:

  • Conduct business with integrity. Be honest, transparent, and ethical in all interactions with Chamber members, customers, BizCorp, and the Lancaster Chamber.
  • Provide accurate information. Clearly represent products, services, pricing, promotions, qualifications, and any Preferred Partner offers or discounts.
  • Deliver professional service. Provide responsive, respectful, and reliable service while working to address customer questions or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Honor advertised member benefits. Fulfill discounts, offers, services, or other benefits promoted through the Preferred Partner Program according to the terms communicated to members.
  • Respect member information. Use member contact information responsibly and only for appropriate business purposes, in accordance with applicable privacy, marketing, and communications requirements.
  • Maintain a respectful environment. Treat individuals fairly and professionally and refrain from harassment, discrimination, threatening behavior, or other conduct that could negatively affect members or the Chamber community.
  • Follow applicable laws and regulations. Maintain any licenses, certifications, insurance, or other requirements applicable to the products or services provided.
  • Represent the Preferred Partner relationship accurately. Preferred Partner status should not be presented as a guarantee of a business, product, service, or outcome beyond the scope of the program.

Use of BizCorp and Lancaster Chamber Branding

Preferred Partners may receive approved badges, logos, or other materials identifying their participation in the program. These materials should be used only in accordance with provided guidelines and may not be altered or used in a way that misrepresents the relationship between the Preferred Partner, BizCorp, and the Lancaster Chamber.

Partners must discontinue use of Preferred Partner branding if their participation in the program ends.

Maintaining the Integrity of the Program

BizCorp is committed to maintaining a Preferred Partner network that provides meaningful value to Lancaster Chamber members.

Concerns regarding a Preferred Partner may be reviewed by BizCorp and/or the Lancaster Chamber. Depending on the circumstances, BizCorp may request corrective action or reconsider a business’s participation in the Preferred Partner Program.
